Booking & Requirements
You will need a valid driver's license (minimum 1 year experience), passport or Emirates ID. For UAE residents, Emirates ID is required. For tourists, a valid passport and international driving permit or home country license is acceptable.
The minimum age is 21 years for luxury cars and SUVs, and 25 years for supercars (Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren). All drivers must have at least 1 year of driving experience. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements.
Yes, but the person who will be driving must meet all requirements and be present during pickup with their valid documents. The booking can be made by a third party, but the driver must sign all agreements and provide their documentation.
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially during peak seasons (November-March) and major events. However, same-day bookings are often possible subject to availability.
Pricing & Payment
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency. We also offer installment options through Tabby and Tamara for qualified customers.
The base price includes comprehensive insurance, 250km daily allowance, basic GPS, 24/7 roadside assistance, and regular maintenance. Additional services like chauffeur, extra mileage, delivery are available for an extra fee.
No security deposit is required.
Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations after pickup time are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations are handled case-by-case.
Delivery & Pickup
Yes, we provide delivery and collection throughout the UAE. Delivery and pickup within Dubai are free; other emirates are chargeable.
Standard delivery within Dubai and Abu Dhabi takes 2-4 hours. Same-day delivery is available for bookings made before 2 PM. Express delivery (within 1 hour) is available for premium locations at an additional cost.
Extensions are subject to availability and must be approved before the original return time. Daily rates apply for extensions. VIP members receive priority for extension requests. Contact us at least 4 hours before your original return time.
Yes, you can return the cars to a different location within Dubai itsfree of charge. Returns in other emirates will be charged.
