Welcome to Level Up Car Rental. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

• Duration: Rentals are available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
• Extensions: Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before the rental period ends

• Age and License: Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license
• Insurance: All rentals include basic insurance. Additional coverage is available for an extra fee

• Booking: Reservations can be made online or by contacting us directly. A booking confirmation will be sent via email
• Payment: Payments are accepted via credit card. Full payment must be made at the time of booking

• All cars come with comprehensive insurance
• A valid police report is mandatory for all incidents.
• There are two types of police reports:
  • Green report: You are not at fault → No charges apply.
  • Red report: You are at fault → You need to pay the excess amount of the car, depending on the car.
• Rental charges during repair:
  • Green report → No rental charges.
  • Red report → Rental charges will apply during the repair period.

1. Call the police and obtain a valid report. For emergencies, dial 999.
2. Inform the rental company immediately.
3. Do not move the vehicle until the police inspect it, unless it is unsafe to stay.

• Accident liability:
  • If the hirer is responsible:
  • Hirer will pay the insurance excess, plus 20% of the repair costs, along with the daily rental charges until the vehicle is fully repaired.
  • If the hirer is not responsible, no payment is required.
• Driver requirements:
  • Must hold a valid driving license for at least one year.
• Age limits:
  • Normal cars: 21 years and above
  • Sports cars: 24 years and above
• Coverage limitations: Vehicles and insurance coverage are valid only within the U.A.E.
• Hirer responsibility: The hirer is fully responsible for all damages and legal obligations if an accident occurs due to driving under the influence of alcohol or substances, or rash or risky driving.
• Vehicle care: The hirer must park the vehicle in a safe and secure place. Damages due to natural disasters are the hirer's responsibility.
• Unreported damage: Any damage without a valid police report is the full responsibility of the hirer.
• Repair period: From the day the vehicle is received at the workshop until it is returned to the rental company fully repaired.
• Excess amount: Depends on the type of vehicle and is specified in your rental agreement.
• The hirer must comply with all U.A.E. traffic laws. Violations may affect insurance coverage.

• Condition: Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as rented
• Prohibited Uses: Vehicles cannot be used for racing, towing, or off-road driving

• Cancellation: Must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up to avoid charges
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days for eligible cancellations

• Damage: Renters are responsible for any damage not covered by insurance
• Fines: Renters are responsible for traffic violations or fines incurred during the rental period

• The hirer agrees to pay all traffic and parking fines during the rental period
• The hirer agrees to pay deposits for traffic and parking fines as per agreement. The company reserves the right to claim unpaid amounts within one year after rental ends
• The hirer agrees to pay charges for Salik electronic gates (6 DHS per pass)

• Vehicle delivery is available: 24/7
• Vehicles must not be subleased. Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may drive
• The hirer is liable for all fees or legal consequences in case of complaints filed against them
• Monthly rentals have a specified distance of 4,500 km; extra kilometers are charged as per agreement
